Our beautiful dog memorial ornament is made from white and clear acrylic.

Here is an example of how we need your information;

Tag 1- Toby - Hole at the bottom of tag,  

Tag 2 - Tilly - No hole at the bottom of tag,

 (You may want to have a hole on the last tag so you can add more tags should you need to)

All my products are designed and created by myself in my woodland studio on the outskirts of Greater Manchester UK. 

Suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

OVERALL SIZE : 10cm x 9.4cm (round disc 4cm).

MATERIAL : Clear acrylic & white or black acrylic.
